Instead of pizza Tim wanted to try making Calzones. I think for our first attempt, they were really good. We learned that we need to use less Ricotta cheese and possibly put some of the pizza sauce inside. I would like to use thinner chunks of pepperoni or try sausage.I will post the recipe next time we make these.
